Customer challenge
Customer needed sustained truck capacity for an entire year to move heavy concrete barrier blocks and large concrete cylinder sections on a rolling schedule. Every load was heavy, oversized in profile, and had to be secured and staged so the receiving crews could offload in sequence.
How J & M coordinated it
We committed dedicated trucks to the project for the full year, standardized the securement pattern for the blocks and cylinders, and worked directly with the site teams on daily delivery windows. Twelve months of consistent, damage-free delivery across hundreds of loads.
